Introductory Program - 2 Classes and a FREE Karate Uniform for $29.95.

Children's Classes - Our children's classes are designed to be age appropriate!
Tiny Tigers: 3 & 4 years old - Tuesday and Thursday 4:00 - 4:30 pm.
Beginners: 5, 6 & 7 years old - Monday & Wednesday 4:00 - 4:30 pm.
Big Kids: 8 years and above - Monday - Thursday 6:00-6:45 pm

Mixed Martial Arts

Jiu-Jitsu has been proven as the world's most effective form of self defense. Our Jiu-Jitsu classes focus on the core fundamentals that make this art so effective. Classes include standing self defense and takedowns as well as fighting form the top and bottom on the ground. All techniques are leverage based and do not require strength, speed, or athleticism. Jiu-Jitsu is a healthy lifestyle and practice for everyone regardless of age, gender or physical limitations.

The Kickboxing Program is designed to augment the effective clinching and grappling techniques of Jiu-Jitsu with effective strikes and strike defenses. Kickboxing is a world renowned workout and stress reliever that will work the cardiovascular system without the boredom of hours on a tread mill while toning muscles without the bulk of heavy weight training.

Fitness Core Training

Introductory Program - 2 Classes for $24.95

Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 - 11:00 am.
Ages 14 & above - Male & Female - No experience necessary!

The Fitness CORE Training program is designed to build stability from the core of your body, strengthen each muscle group and stimulate your metabolism. Exercises alternate between the upper body, lower body and core muscle groups so you can work longer without fatigue. Since the workout keeps your body in constant motion your heart rate stays elevated and you burn more calories.

R.E.A.L. Self-Defense
R.E.A.L. Self-Defense - Realistic, Effective And Life-Saving
Classes: Saturday's 12:30 - 1:30 pm. Ages 10 years old and above.

The R.E.A.L. Self-Defense teaches practical and realistic skills. You will learn how assailants think and how to react both verbally and physically for self-protection. Classes are taught to individuals of any level of fitness. Knowledge is Prevention!

Awareness - Prevention - Effective Skills

SESSION 1 - Common Sense Defense Understanding aggression and how to become aware of hostile tendencies in others is the beginning of the first session. "Situational Evaluation" is demonstrated to show how the proper use of "options" such as withdrawing or ignoring, etc. will often eliminate the need for physical solutions. The session is then expanded to emphasis how attitude produces respect in relationships and how it acts as a front line defense against intimidations.

SESSION 2 - Walking Into Darkness The second session deals exclusively with methods of controlling fear and panic. You are taught to channel the energy of sudden fright in short but super levels of strength for defense and escape. A study of fear is then made to show that it is both natural and normal to have, and how the methods of panic control can be tempered to face everyday trials which tend to restrict personal growth.

SESSION 3 - Standing Against Strength What to do when all else fails is the subject of session three. The factual knowledge of sessions one and two are put into exclusive application for women by demonstrating methods of psyching out your assailant, reacting without freezing, executing without thinking, and hurting without hitting.

SESSION 4 - Feeling Empowered The final session centers on maintaining your self defense capability. Special reaction drills are taught and the defense patterns of session three are reviewed so they can be practiced at home for greater proficiency. The seminar concludes with a discussion on what needs to be done to "R.E.A.L. Self-Defense" to insure personal growth, security and physical benefit.
